The Syonan Eurasian Welfare Association was formed in October 1942 in similar spirit to the Overseas Chinese Association. All male Eurasians over 18 were asked to register with their immediate families. It was expected to promote Japanese culture and ideals. Dr C.J. Paglar was its President. ^^^
