  20. Incase one of these days you get lucky 
  21. and get a Telco Card Key, heres how you
  22. can use it -> :

  24. HOW TO USE 'YOUR' COMMAND CARD KEY  
  25. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
  26.  
  27. An ENTER and EXIT sensor is installed at
  28. the from entrance door.
  29.  
  30. A personal "Command Key" has been given
  31. to you which is recognized as a valid
  32. entry/exit to the building.
  33.  
  34. Each card is programmer for a specific 
  35. tour and/or time schedule.Thirty minutes
  36. on either side of the scheduled time 
  37. allows for early entry or delayed
  38. departure. 
  39.  
  40. Your key card must be used when entering
  41. and exiting building.
  42.  - If not used when exiting the building 
  43.    , it will not unlock the next time it
  44.    is  used to gain entrance and 
  45.    vice-versa.
  46.  
  47. Present your card key to within 2 or 3 
  48. inches of the ENTER/EXIT sensor. It is
  49. not necessary to rub care key on the 
  50. door glass.
  51.  
  52. If the card key is authorized for that
  53. door for that time, within several 
  54. seconds, you will hear the electric 
  55. strike unlock.
  56.  
  57. Access/Egress by significant numbers of
  58. personnel at the same time: For eg:
  59. (This is just for info purposes) several
  60. employees going to lunch. This procedure
  61. will only be  in effect at specific
  62. buildings with large number of employees
  63. (for example Switching Control Centers).
  64.  
  65. - Local management will have to modify 
  66.   system for specific times.
  67.  
  68. - First employees presents card which
  69.   opens door.
  70.  
  71. - Following employees will also present
  72.   thier card key  to the ENTER/EXIT 
  73.   sensor in order to be acknowledged by
  74.   the system program.
  75.  
  76. - A red indicator light installed in the
  77.   ENTER/EXIT sensor enclosure will flash
  78.   on to acknowledge your card key code
  79.   has been recognized.
