-> Printer Port: The program needs to know the parallel port to which your
printer is attached. Press the 1, 2, or 3 key. By the way, you may temp-
orarily alter the printer port at the time a report is prepared if you simp-
ly press the 1, 2 or 3 key just before beginning the hunt thru the database.
-> Reset Printer: Before preparing a report, the program will momentarily
reset your printer (unless you've indicated that you have a Laser printer).
If you find this to be an unnecessary annoyance, answer "NO" here.
-> TDY & Leave: Military offices may find these references more appropriate
than "trips" and "vacations".
-> Employees/Departments: How should the program refer to the people or
offices in your firm?
-> Workday Begin and End Times: Whenever you ask the program to find a block
of free time, it needs to know how early and how late you want it to check
each day. Without reasonable begin and end times, the program would always
find time in the middle of the night.
-> Partition Interval: When the program prepares the "Printed Daily Schedule"
report, it needs to know how many partitions should be printed per hour.
If you desire two partitions, enter "30" minutes; enter "15" for four, etc.
By the way, the Begin and End times entered above are also used to estimate
the total number of hours your want shown on the "Printed Daily Schedule".
-> Show Partitions on Standard Reports: Normally, the program does not waste
space in displaying partition lines on its standard reports. If, however,
you want it to partition each day into half- or quarter-hourly blocks, ans-
wer "YES" at this item.
