  19. Incase one of these days you get lucky 
  20. and get a Telco Card Key, heres how you
  21. can use it -> :

  23. HOW TO USE 'YOUR' COMMAND CARD KEY  
  24. ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
  25.  
  26. An ENTER and EXIT sensor is installed at
  27. the from entrance door.
  28.  
  29. A personal "Command Key" has been given
  30. to you which is recognized as a valid
  31. entry/exit to the building.
  32.  
  33. Each card is programmer for a specific 
  34. tour and/or time schedule.Thirty minutes
  35. on either side of the scheduled time 
  36. allows for early entry or delayed
  37. departure. 
  38.  
  39. Your key card must be used when entering
  40. and exiting building.
  41.  - If not used when exiting the building 
  42.    , it will not unlock the next time it
  43.    is  used to gain entrance and 
  44.    vice-versa.
  45.  
  46. Present your card key to within 2 or 3 
  47. inches of the ENTER/EXIT sensor. It is
  48. not necessary to rub care key on the 
  49. door glass.

  51. If the card key is authorized for that
  52. door for that time, within several 
  53. seconds, you will hear the electric 
  54. strike unlock.
  55.  
  56. Access/Egress by significant numbers of
  57. personnel at the same time: For eg:
  58. (This is just for info purposes) several
  59. employees going to lunch. This procedure
  60. will only be  in effect at specific
  61. buildings with large number of employees
  62. (for example Switching Control Centers).
  63.  
  64. - Local management will have to modify 
  65.   system for specific times.
  66.  
  67. - First employees presents card which
  68.   opens door.
  69.  
  70. - Following employees will also present
  71.   thier card key  to the ENTER/EXIT 
  72.   sensor in order to be acknowledged by
  73.   the system program.
  74.  
  75. - A red indicator light installed in the
  76.   ENTER/EXIT sensor enclosure will flash
  77.   on to acknowledge your card key code
  78.   has been recognized.
