  11.   The DDN MANAGEMENT BULLETIN is distributed online by the DDN Network
  12.   Information Center under DISA contract as a means of communicating
  13.   official policy, procedures and other information of concern to
  14.   management personnel at DDN facilities.  Back issues may be read
  15.   through the TACNEWS server ("@n" command at the TAC) or may be
  16.   obtained by FTP (or Kermit) from the NIC.DDN.MIL host [192.112.36.5]
  17.   using login="anonymous" and password="guest".  The pathname
  18.   for bulletins is ddn-news/ddn-mgt-bulletin-nn.txt (where "nn" is the
  19.   bulletin number).

  26.   1.  Due to the rapid addition of MILNET and NSFNET networks, MILNET is again
  27.       approaching the limit of the number of networks the Butterfly mailbridges
  28.       can advertise (3750).  To manage this situation, DISA will restrict the
  29.       advertising of selected foreign commercial and foreign educational
  30.       networks.  This includes the following networks:

  113.       access to any of these networks, please contact the MILNET MC trouble
  114.       desk.  They will open a problem report and coordinate this request with
  115.       the MILNET Manager.  In such cases, DISA will need a brief explanation
  116.       of the requirement to approve the inclusion of individual networks.

  118.   3.  Implementation of this action will begin on 11/Mar/92 and be completed
  119.       no later than 13/Mar/92.

  121.   4.  Additional networks may be eliminated as the need arises.
