  15. This conference is a moderated forum for discussion of issues
  16. concerning the operation of the 'OtherNets'.  While announcements
  17. and advertisements can be posted in this echo, it is strongly   
  18. urged that those announcements be made in OTHERNETS.  NETLINE can
  19. be used to discuss operations of Othernets, announcements of
  20. node number assignments and problem resoltion.
  21. RESTRICTIONS/GUIDELINES FOR POSTING
  22. 1.  This is NOT a forum for bashing of any software product, Network,
  23. or Network operator/participant.  From time to time, comparisons
  24. of various networks may take place, but always in the spirit of
  25. comparison and mutual education.
  26. 2.  This forum is NOT a place to advertise products and services.
  27. You may immediately lose your access without warning for
  28. posting such material.
