History of TriStat
===================
V 1.00 07-28-92 - Initial release of TriStat.
V 1.10 08-04-92 - Added the capability to TRISTAT to track calls of
4800 baud, 12000 baud, and 16800 baud.
- If no CALLERS.LOG file was present for TriStat to
analyze, the prompt "Press any key to continue" was
given. The program should now exit automatically,
if no CALLERS.LOG file is present.
- Cosmetic changes (color changes) to some of the text
displayed as TriStat executes.
- Some text was added to the INSTALLATION and
REGISTERING sections of the TRISTAT.DOC file.
Please read!
V 1.20 09-16-92 - Imbedded the @MORE@ variable into the ANSI bulletin.
At times, when the ANSI screen was being displayed
as a LOGON??.ANS screen, rather than as a
BULLET??.ANS screen, the bulletin would scroll off
the top of the screen.
- More cosmetic changes. Rearranged the last two
lines of the generated bulletins, so that their
appearance isn't as cluttered. Also, rearranged
the display as TriStat executes.
V 1.30 09-20-92 - Shortened the length of the ANSI screen to reduce
the number of keyboard entries required to proceed
when the ANSI screen is displayed as BULLET??.ANS.
- Began to cross my fingers whenever I update my
programs, so as to reduce the risk of my updates
causing the need for additional updates. :)
V 1.40 11-01-92 - Added the following statistics tracking: # of
Calls per Node (1 to 3 Nodes), # of Calls by Locked
Out or Deleted Users, # of times BBS Users Listing
is Viewed, and # of time Door Bulletins are Read.
- Increased the display screens from 1 screen to the
equivalent of approximately 1 1/2 screens. This,
along with the rearranging of the display of stats,
will ease in the addition of other stats as they
are added. Also, the rearranging makes the screens
easier to read.
- Added more color to the ANSI screen.
- TriStat no longer generates the TRISTAT.DAT file,
which was just an "extra" copy of the ANSI
bulletin.
V 1.50 07-17-93 - Removed the following statistics tracking: # of
Calls at 300 baud, # of Times BBS Users Listing is
Viewed. (Didn't figure there would be enough 300
baud callers to bother tracking, and didn't see a
real need to track BBS Users Listing viewing.
- Added the tracking of the number of calls at
57600 baud.
- Rearranged the display of the area concerned with
the number of calls received by time of day.
Also, changed the colors somewhat in this area.
- Changed the text that is displayed depending upon
if TriStat is registered or unregistered. This
is at the top and bottom of the screen.
V 1.60 07-18-93 - Added the equal signs "=" to the Calls Received
During the A.M. and Calls Received During the
P.M. area. Also, changed the colors displayed in
this area.
- Changed the colors displayed in the third stats box
area. This seems to be easier on the eyes.
