  13. other "users", or read their private mail. When you run out of money, you can
  14. sell some time, take a loan from the in-house bank, or borrow from another
  15. player. At the bank machine you can make withdrawals, deposits, take out a
  16. loan, make a loan payment, transfer money, and sell time. The Casino has 32
  17. full screen ANSI's in the screen library! The games editor allows complete
  18. control over most bets, pay-offs, and other game functions by the Sysop.
