ABOUT THE SERVICE: CyberCash Inc. provides secure communication of credit card transaction data between users, merchants and financial institutions. CyberCash is not a merchant, credit card issuer or bank. CyberCash will not receive or hold any funds from any of your credit card transactions. For more information about this and other CyberCash services, including information about privacy, confidentiality, cost and what the CyberCash services do and do not include, please review the "Readme" file.
SOFTWARE LICENSE: This license determines your rights with respect to the software. The software being provided to you is owned by CyberCash, Inc., and is subject to protection under the copyright, patent and trademark laws of the United States and other countries. By proceeding with installation of the software below, you are acknowledging CyberCash's ownership of these rights and your agreement to the terms of this license. CyberCash is offering you a free non-exclusive license to use this software according to the terms of this agreement. The software is licensed only to the individual who installs it and selects a password, and only for use with the CyberCash service. The software cannot be used for any unlawful purpose. Although you are permitted to copy and distribute the CyberCash software prior to installation and subject to the terms of this license, you may do so only without charge and not for commercial gain, and you may not incorporate this software or any portion of it into any other products or software or create derivative works from it without the prior written consent of CyberCash. Once the software is installed by you and a password selected, this license may not be transferred or assigned to any other person. You may use the software on more than one computer, but once it has been installed and a password selected, you are permitted to use the software on only one computer at a time. You may not grant any other person any rights in the software or the license. You may not remove any of the copyright notices or other proprietary labels, or attempt to modify, translate, disassemble, decompile or reverse engineer the software, or create any derivative works based on the software. This license may be revoked by CyberCash at any time.
GOVERNMENT USE: Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the Commercial Computer-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19 when applicable, or in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Right in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, and in similar clauses in the NASA AR Supplement. RESTRICTIONS ON EXPORT: You may not download or otherwise export or re-export the software or any of its components, data, code or technology except in full compliance with all United States and other applicable laws and regulations. In particular, but without limitation, none of the software or its components, data, code or technology may be downloaded or otherwise exported or re-exported (i) into (or to a national resident of) Cuba, Haiti, Iraq, Libya, Yugoslavia, North Korea, Iran, or Syria, or (ii) to anyone on the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading the software, you are agreeing to the preceding terms and are representing and warranting that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.
