  9.   aboard other vessels, Captain Riker has declined all of them so that
  10.   he can remain aboard the Enterprise.

  13.   and knowledge.  Almost as curious as Mr. Data, Riker has been known
  14.   to risk his life in order to learn. Prior commisions include the
