It also freezes exceptionally well. 4 tablespoons flour 2 teaspoons salt 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon pepper 4 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon paprika 1 cup chopped celery leaves 3 tablespoons brown sugar 3 pounds round steak or 24 cups beer chuck, cut into 1 inch cubes 2 tablespoons cider or malt vinegar 1 cup butter or margarine 1 garlic clove, halved 6 large onions, sliced 1 cup chopped parsley 1 small cheesecloth NOTE: Above makes about 6 servings
