CRANBERRY CHEESECAKE

1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablkespoons margarine, melted
3 8oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 10oz container frozen cranberry orange relish, thawed
Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of
9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 F for 10 minutes
Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla, mixing
at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add
eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend
in sour cream: pour over crust. Bake at 325 F, for 55 mins.
Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of
pan. Chill. Spoon relish over cheesecake. Garnish with
whipped cream, cranberries, and mint.
