  1. CRANBERRY CHEESECAKE

  3. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  4. 3 tablespoons sugar
  5. 3 tablkespoons margarine, melted
  6. 3 8oz pkgs of cream cheese, softened
  7. 3/4 cup sugar
  8. 2 tablespoons flour
  9. 2 teaspoons vanilla
  10. 3 eggs
  11. 1 cup sour cream
  12. 1 10oz container frozen cranberry orange relish, thawed
  13.  
  14. Combine crumbs, sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of
  15. 9-inch springform pan. Bake at 325 F for 10 minutes
  16.    Combine cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla, mixing
  17. at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add
  18. eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Blend
  19. in sour cream: pour over crust. Bake at 325 F, for 55 mins.
  20. Loosen cake from rim of pan. Cool before removing rim of
  21. pan. Chill. Spoon relish over cheesecake. Garnish with
  22. whipped cream, cranberries, and mint.
