TURKEY RICE SOUP
1-1/4 c. water 1/8 t. basil
1/4 c. onion 1/2 c. turkey
1 chopped carrot 1/4 c. frozen peas
1 T. rice 1 T. dry sherry
1 t. bouillon
Boil first six ingredients for 15 minutes. Add turkey and
peas and cook for 5 minutes more. Stir in sherry before serving.
Makes 1 serving.
