  1.                      MOZZARELLA CHEESE PUFFS

  4. 1 c. flour    1 stick butter
  5. 1/4 t. salt    8 oz. shredded mozzarella
  6. 1/4 t. paprika
  7.  
  8.     Cream butter and cheese.  Add dry ingredients and shape into
  9. little balls.  Bake on light greased sheet at 350 degrees for 15
  10. to 20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.  Makes 24 puffs. 
  11. Can be frozen unbaked.
