  1.                        CHILI CON QUESO DIP

  4. 1 T. butter    pinch cumin
  5. 4 oz. chopped green chilies    1 c. canned chopped tomatoes
  6. 1/2 c. chopped onion    1/2 lb. shredded jack cheese
  7. 1 t. minced garlic    3 oz. cream cheese
  8. 1/4 t. pepper    1 T. chopped cilantro
  9.  
  10.     Microwave margarine on high for 30 seconds.  Add next 5
  11. ingredients, cover with plastic wrap (leaving vent) and microwave
  12. on high for 2 minutes.  Add tomatoes and cook 2 minutes.  Add
  13. cheese and cook 1 minute.  Stir and cook 1 minute.  Stir in
  14. cilantro.  Serve with tortilla chips.  Makes 2-1/2 cups, 35
  15. calories per tablespoon.
