  1.                        APPLE SOY MARINADE

  4. 2-1/2 c. apple juice    2 garlic cloves, crushed
  5. 1/2 c. soy sauce    1 lg. chopped onion
  6. 1/4 c. oil    1/2 t. ginger
  7. 3 bay leaves    1/4 t. pepper
  8.  
  9.     Combine, add meat and chill 12 to 24 hours before cooking. 
  10. Makes enough for 4-5 pound roast or brisket.
