  1. SEC_COM_GEN
  2. The names of the
  3. participants in your
  4. event data base are
  5. displayed. A maximum of
  6. five at a time are
  7. shown. If you have more
  8. scroll the display by
  9. using the page up and
  10. page down keys.

  12. To select a participant
  13. position the pointer to
  14. a name using the up and
  15. down arrow keys. Press
  16. the enter key to see a
  17. menu of functions you
  18. may perform for the
  19. participant.
  20.  
  21. Press the F2 key to
  22. perform activity on a
  23. participants data base
  24. record. A pull down
  25. menu will appear
  26. allowing you to select
  27. the desired activity.
  28. You may view, edit,
  29. delete, or add records.

  32. SEC_COM_ADD
  33. This option allows you
  34. to add a participant to
  35. the event data base.
  36.  
  37. Activating this option
  38. will display a data
  39. entry screen. Use the
  40. screen to record the
  41. participants initial
  42. information.

  45. SEC_COM_CHG
  46. This option allows you
  47. to view and optionally
  48. change a participants
  49. information.

  51. The participant for
  52. action is the one
  53. pointed to in the
  54. displayed list of
  55. participants.

  57. Activating this option
  58. will display a data
  59. entry screen showing
  60. the information that is
  61. currently recorded for
  62. the participant. Use
  63. the screen for viewing
  64. or for changing the
  65. information.

  68. SEC_COM_DEL
  69. This option allows you
  70. to delete a participant
  71. from the event data
  72. base.

  74. The participant for
  75. deletion is the one
  76. pointed to in the
  77. displayed list of
  78. participants.

  81. will display a screen
  82. showing the information
  83. that is currently
  84. recorded for the
  85. participant.

  89. delete the participant
  90. or cancel the deletion.

  134. year. When you select
  135. this option you will be
  136. given the opportunity
  137. to cancel before the
  138. option is executed.

  142. the participant.

  144. The current year logged
  145. distance will be moved
  146. to the previous year
  147. logged distance, then
  148. the current year logged
  149. distance will be set to
  150. zero.

  155. to display or edit the
  156. participants log of
  157. vital signs.

  160. print the vital signs.

  165. to perform a fitness
  166. analysis on the partic-
  167. ipant.

  169. You will be given the
  170. choice of a precise or
  171. a estimated analysis.

  174. will be based upon a
  175. question and answer
  176. dialogue.

  178. For a precise analysis
  179. you will be asked to
  180. select an entry in the
  181. vital signs log for
  182. use as the basis of
  183. the analysis.

  186. print the analysis.

  193. of Special Events.

  218. Distance is recorded in

  220. or kilometers. This is
  221. known as the recording
  222. media.

  225. database was originaly
  226. set when you created
  227. your database record.

  230. change the recording
  231. media in your database.

  233. The participant for
  234. media change is the
  235. one pointed to in the
  236. displayed list of
  237. participants.

  239. Executing this option
  240. will display a screen
  241. showing the first page
  242. of information that is
  243. currently recorded for
  244. the participant.

  246. After viewing the
  247. information you may
  248. change the media or
  249. cancel the change.

  251. If you change the media
  252. all distances recorded
  253. in your database will
  254. be converted to the
  255. other media.
