  1. OYSTER SOUP

  5. I%1/2, lb, oysters, and juice                                              
  6. I%4, c, milk                                                               
  7. I%2, c, cream                                                              
  8. I%1/4, c, margarine                                                        
  9. I%1 1/2, tsp, black pepper, (course ground is best)                        
  10. I%1, tsp, salt                                                             
  11. I%1, T., sherry                                                            
  12. I%12, oz, oyster crackers

  15. R%  Put all ingredients into a crock pot and cook on medium for about an   
  16. R%  hour.                                                                  
  17. R%  Turn down crock pot and cook for one half hour.                        
  18. R%  Never allow to boil.                                                   
  19. R%  Stir occasionally.                                                     
  20. R%  Serve with oyster crackers.
