  1. CLEAN-UP DINNER
  2. Good for getting rid of left-overs!

  4. 4 servings
  5. I%7, ozs, white bread, stale (1 oz = 1 slice)
  6. I%1/2, med, sweet green pepper, chopped
  7. I%1, med, onion, chopped
  8. I%1/2, c, tomato juice
  9. I%1/2, tsp, salt
  10. I%1/4, tsp, pepper
  11. I%1, tsp, Worcestershire sauce
  12. I%1, c, pork roast, cubed (any leftover roast will do)
  13. I%1, c, brown gravy, (anything leftover will do)

  16. R%     Cut the bread into small cubes and put in a large mixing
  17. R%bowl.  Add in the green pepper, onion, tomato juice, salt, pepper,
  18. R%and Worcestershire sauce.
  19. R%     Put cubes of pork in a well buttered 2 quart baking dish and
  20. R%pour the bread mixture over the top of the meat.
  21. R%     Pour the gravy over the top of the bread mixture.
  22. R%     Bake in a 375 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

  27. U%     You can use almost any kind of leftover meat and gravy with this
  28. U%recipe.  Ex:  Roast beef and leftover beef gravy.
  29. U%     You can also use 1 cup of bottled, canned, or packaged gravy if
  30. U%you don't have any leftover gravy.
