RED SNAPPER DELIGHT

I%1, lb, red snapper, four steaks

I%2, T, lemon juice
I%1, tsp, paprika
I%1 1/2, tsp, Worcestershire sauce

R% Heat the margarine in a saucepan until melted, being careful
R%not to burn it.
R% Add the lemon juice, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and 1
R%tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Stir well. Remove from heat.
R% Cover a broiler pan with aluminum foil and grease the surface
R%with margarine.
R% Brush each side of the fish steaks with the margarine mixture.
R% Place the fish on the broiler pan and broil for about 10
R%minutes on each side.
R% Serve with a sprinkle of parsley and more Parmesan cheese.
