  2.                Work Related Images in .EPS Format

  5.      I got these images from EDUCORP, a major distributor of
  6. Macintosh graphics and clipart (1-800-843-9497).  I ported them
  7. to the PC, and imported them into CorelDraw!
  8.  
  9.      The images were apparently raw output from Adobe Streamline. 
  10. I cleaned up some of the images, and exported all of them from
  11. Corel.
  12.  
  13.      I exported most of the images in Adobe Illustrator format. 
  14. This is a subset of the full Encapsulated Postscript format. 
  15. Images exported as AI files are much more compact than images
  16. exported as .EPS.  They can be treated just like .EPS images.
  17.  
  18.      Five of the graphics, however, are billboards: images over
  19. which you might want to superimpose text.  These are
  20. HANDYMAN.EPS, BLTRDOOR.EPS, NEWSBOY.EPS, ARTIST.EPS, and
  21. BAKECAKE.EPS.  I exported these in .EPS format, and added TIFF
  22. headers.  You will find that these bitmapped headers will appear
  23. on your page preview screen, and you can thus
  24. position text properly before you print the image.

  26.      These images are public domain.  I would request, however,
  27. that you keep this package intact, including this README file and
  28. SIL1.DOC.

  30.      Each of these images will import into WordPerfect 5.1 and
  31. CorelDraw!  Presumably they will import into other DTP software.
