Silhouettes 1 Work Related Images in .EPS Format From John McAdams I got these images from EDUCORP, a major distributor of Macintosh graphics and clipart (1-800-843-9497). I ported them to the PC, and imported them into CorelDraw! The images were apparently raw output from Adobe Streamline. I cleaned up some of the images, and exported all of them from Corel. I exported most of the images in Adobe Illustrator format. This is a subset of the full Encapsulated Postscript format. Images exported as AI files are much more compact than images exported as .EPS. They can be treated just like .EPS images. Five of the graphics, however, are billboards: images over which you might want to superimpose text. These are HANDYMAN.EPS, BLTRDOOR.EPS, NEWSBOY.EPS, ARTIST.EPS, and BAKECAKE.EPS. I exported these in .EPS format, and added TIFF headers. You will find that these bitmapped headers will appear on your page preview screen, and you can thus position text properly before you print the image. These images are public domain. I would request, however, that you keep this package intact, including this README file and SIL1.DOC. Each of these images will import into WordPerfect 5.1 and CorelDraw! Presumably they will import into other DTP software. If you have any problem importing them please let me know. I can be reached on the WPSGA forum of Compuserve: my number is [72331,2346]. I can also be reached on EXEC-PC as "John McAdams of Shorewood, WI." Enjoy!
