========================================================================
BlackBorder is a tool that patches the tree ROM Functions that open a
screen (OpenScreen(), OpenScreenTagList() and OpenWorkbench()) to use
black instead of Color 0 as BORDERCOLOR of opened screen. This makes
the toplineflicker of AMBER de-interlace chip (A3000, A2320) invisible.
The idea was taken from BORDER (© by Synthetic Technologies). I hated to
have the effect only on WB although I hated to switch the bordercolor
every time when the WB was closed and reopend manualy.
This tool was written for the CLI only! Recomended use is imediately after
IPrefs in the StartUp-Sequence.
Note: Currently you can NOT REMOVE the patch.
