  2.  The Description List function lets you edit descriptions
  3.  to be used in the PAY/DESC and MEMO input fields of the
  4.  Transaction Requester.  Selecting an entry in this list
  5.  places the description in either the PAY/DESC input
  6.  field or MEMO field (depending on the current location
  7.  of the cursor).

  11.  The following list describes the functions available in
  12.  the Description List Requester.  The order of these
  13.  functions corresponds to the order they appear in the
  14.  requester's menu bar.  You can select any function using
  15.  either the keyboard (shown as "Keyboard:") or mouse
  16.  ("Mouse:").

  19.  Description Menu

  21.     Okay

  23.        Accept the current values as the Description List
  24.        for the current checkbook.

  26.        Double-clicking on a Description List entry is
  27.        equivalent to highlighting it and selecting "Okay".

  34.        Activate the description input field for you to
  35.        define a new description.  Once you press the
  36.        RETURN key, the description will be entered into
  37.        the Description List in alphabetical order.
  38.        Duplicate and blank descriptions are not allowed
  39.        and will not be entered into the Description List.

  41.        Once a description has been added to the list, it
  42.        cannot be edited, although it can be deleted and
  43.        added again.

  50.        Remove the highlighted description from the current
  51.        Description List.  A description must be
  52.        highlighted for this function to work.

  59.        Terminate the current editing session of the
  60.        Description List.  Changes, such as those from the

  62.        be preserved, unlike other Cancel functions which
  63.        restore the previous values.

  73.        Retrieve from disk a specified Description List as
  74.        the current description list.  A file requester
  75.        will be displayed for the selection of the
  76.        Description List to retrieve.  Files with an
  77.        extension of ".CAd" (signifying a Checkbook
  78.        Accountant description file) will be displayed.

  85.        Store to disk the current Description List under
  86.        the selected file name.  A file requester will be
  87.        displayed for the selection of a file name.  If the
  88.        Description List was previously saved, its current
  89.        file name will appear in the File input field of
  90.        the file requester.  If the Description List file
  91.        currently exists, the program will ask if the
  92.        Description List on disk should be replaced with
  93.        the current Description List version.  The current
  94.        Description List will be saved with a ".CAd"
  95.        extension (signifying a Checkbook Accountant
  96.        description file).

  98.        An icon file will be created to accompany the
  99.        description file if the Icon Creation Description
  100.        List option in the Program Prefs Requester is
  101.        selected.

  108.        Save the current Description List as the default
  109.        Description List.  This is the same default
