Subject: tertis.doc resubmission
Prompted by the recent posting of Tetrix, I present without further ado
my lean, mean version of the popular and addictive game.
Features:
o Does not open its own screen
o Uses very little memory
o Traditional keyboard controls
o Traditional delay before "sticking"
Instructions:
From the CLI, type "tertis [n]" where n is the starting level(0-9)
Use 'j' to move left, 'k' to rotate, 'l' to move right, and
<space> to drop.
The file "tertis.scores" will maintain a list of highest scorers.
Note: This program busy-waits, and is thus unsuitable for use
with faster processors.
Acknowledgements:
Thanks to Paul Nakada for writing the code on which this is based
and Draz for determined, obsessive playtesting.
