- This program is freely distributable.
-
- This is an AmigaBasic game of "SIMON", the hand held electronic
- game. Compiled with AC Basic. To Run just double click on the Icon.
-
- Version 2.0 of this game is now menu driven. There are now 3 skill
- levels to select from. Select your skill level ("Skill Level" from
- menu), then select "Play Simon Says" to play the game.
-
- The computer will first ask you to "REAPEAT THIS!" and flash one
- box. Press the key on the number pad that is in the same position.
- If you get it right, it will then ask you to repeat a sequence of two
- boxes. Each time that you get it right it will add a box to the
- sequence and display it a little faster. I doesn't go any faster
- after a certain number of boxes (it really doesn't need to), but it
- will continue to add to the sequence until you get it wrong.
-
- Version 2.0 also includes a "Make a Tune" selection from the menu.
- This will let you key in a tune and have the computer replay it.
- Middle "C" note is key 6, with one octave centered on this key.
- Use a "." for a rest. You are always adding notes to the end of
- your tune unless you type in a "-". This will clear the entire
- tune and let you start over. Sorry, no way in this version to edit
- a tune in the middle.
-
- To see the last sequence that you were trying to get, select
- "Show Last" from the menu.
-
- Have Fun!
-
- If you have any comments or improvements to this program, please
