  6. Lime juice                 1 oz
  7. Chilled Champagne   to top

  9. Preparation:
  10. Pour the gin, anisette, and lime
  11. juice into an ice-filled mixing 
  12. glass and shake well. Strain into 
  13. an ice-filled Collins glass and
  14. top with Champagne. Gently
  15. stir and serve.
