Herbed Shrimp

Servings: 6 people
Cleaned fresh shrimp 10 oz
Olive oil 3 tbs
Crushed garlic cloves 2
Chopped red chili 1
Parsley, dill and mint
1/2 cup
Lemon juice 2 tbs
Salt to taste

Heat the olive oil in a heavy frying pan. Add the garlic and chili to the frying pan when the oil is hot. Cook for 2 minutes then add the shrimp and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add the herbs and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.
Serve at once or at room temperature.
