  1. ** 174    Banana Daiquiri (Variation) **
  2. @This is a variation of 
  3. Banana Daiquiri - see prep 
  4. below

  8. Light rum          1 1/2 oz
  9. Triple sec          1 tsp
  10. Lime juice        1/2 oz
  11. Banana liqueur  1 oz
  12. Banana               1/2
  13. Heavy cream     1/2 oz
  14. Crushed ice       1/2  cup

  16. Preparation:
  17. Pour all the ingredients 
  18. into a blender and blend
  19. until smooth. Pour into
  20. a Champagne or cocktail
  21. glass and serve.
  22. Variation: To make
  23. Strawberry Daiquiri
  24. substitute strawberries
  25. for the banana, and
  26. strawberry liqueur for
  27. the banana liqueur.
