  2. @This is a variation of 
  3. Stinger - see prep below

  5. Serves 1

  7. Brandy                          2 oz
  8. Peppermint schnapps  1 oz
  9. Fresh mint sprig          1
  10. @
  11. Preparation:
  12. Vigorously shake the 
  13. brandy and schnapps with 
  14. lots of ice. Strain into a 
  15. cocktail glass or serve 
  16. on the rocks. Garnish with
  17. mint and serve.
  18. Variation: To make 
  19. a Vodka Stinger (also
  20. known as a White Spider)
  21. substitute vodka for the
  22. brandy. To make a Gin
  23. Stinger substitute gin for
  24. the brandy. To make
  25. a Whisky Stinger
  26. substitute whisky for 
  27. the brandy.
