  2. @This is a variation of Rob 
  3. Roy - see prep below

  5. Serves 1
  6.  
  7. Scotch                    1 1/2 oz
  8. Sweet red vermouth  1/2 oz
  9. Cherry                        garnish
  10. @
  11. Preparation:
  12. Pour the scotch and 
  13. vermouth into an ice filled 
  14. shaker. Shake and strain
  15. into a chilled cocktail 
  16. glass. Garnish with 
  17. a cherry and serve.
  18. Variations: To make a 
  19. Dry Rob Roy substitute 
  20. dry vermouth for sweet
  21. red vermouth. To make
  22. a Perfect Rob Roy use
  23. 1/4 oz dry vermouth, 
  24. 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
  25. and 1 oz scotch.
