  5. Sweet cream              1/2 oz
  6. Fresh lemon juice     1 1/2 oz
  7. Egg white                   1
  8. Confectioners' sugar 1 tsp
  9. Orange juice               1/4 tsp
  10. Soda water                   to top

  12. Preparation:
  13. Pour the gin, cream, lemon
  14. juice, egg white, sugar, ando
  15. range juice into a shaker 
  16. filled with cracked ice. 
  17. Vigorously shake and strain
  18. into a chilled Collins glass.
  19. Top with soda water and 
  20. serve.
