  1. The files in this directory contain all the things that are language
  2. specific. Most of the stuff is in Messages - screen text and help messages.
  3. Note that no actual text appears in the templates as information is filled in
  4. from the message file on start-up. The reason Templates is in the language
  5. specific directory is because icons may have to be moved around and/or
  6. resized to accomodate text in another language.
