  11. The Powerbase College Administration Suite is shareware. You are 
  12. allowed to copy it freely as long as you do not do so for any 
  13. profit, and that the suite is kept intact and unchanged.
  14. (!YearA may be distributed by itself.) 
  15. The suite should contain:
  16.           !ALevel   
  17.           !Appoint
  18.           !Attend
  19.           !Block
  20.           !Exam
  21.           !YearA     (a PowerBase file of "students") 
  22.           ReadSuite  (this file)
  23. All the programs expect to find student records in a file named
  24. whose name is of the form !YearN and whose format resembles that
  25. of !YearA.  Experience using Powerbase and programming in Basic
  26. is necessary, as is a detailed knowledge of how your school is
  27. organized (or not).

  29. The suite requires the use of Powerbase, which is also shareware.  
  30. If you find you use Powerbase on a regular basis, you should
  31. register your copy with us. For £10.00 you will get support and
  32. free upgrades as detailed when you register. The registration fee
  33. for the suite is an additional £10.00, for which you will get
  34. nothing but the right to use it.

  36. Copyright subsists in all versions of Powerbase and each
  37. application in the suite. We reserve the right to withdraw
  38. support and authorisation to distribute Powerbase and the suite.

  40. No warranty, express or implied, is made about the suitability of
  41. Powerbase or the suite for any purpose. We can not be held
  42. responsible for any loss or damage to your health, wealth or
  43. marriage due to the action or inaction of Powerbase.

  45. We will be pleased to hear from users of Powerbase, and will give
  46. consideration to suggested improvements, additions etc. If you
  47. find a bug, please try to give as much information as possible
  48. about how and under what circumstances the program misbehaves.

  51. Summers' HelpReader application.  If you would like an ASCII
  52. manual, please send a blank disc and return postage.
