  4. Welcome to my Home Accounts V1.5.  Please note this file is for New 
  5. Users only.  Users upgrading from V1.4 should read README.V14

  39. This is now a very complex program, so I would strongly encourage you to 
  40. read the instructions and work through the tutorial.
  41.  
  42. However, if you still insist on flying blind:
  43.  
  44.      1.   Put BANKS3A.APP in your \APP\ directory
  45.      2.   Put the .OVL files into a \APP\BANK\ subdirectory
  46.           (BANKS3A1.OVL and BANKS3A2.OVL, are ESSENTIAL !!  The remaining 
  47.           Overlays are optional and provide the on-line Help - BANKS3AH.OVL
  48.           and extra modules. So far I have implemented Budget Categories, a 
  49.           Financial Planner, an Investment Tracker, a Fuel Consumption 
  50.           Tracker, a Home Inventory, a Utilities Monitor and an Expense 
  51.           Account module, others to come later.)
  52.      3.   If you want a set of data files to practice on, unzip the file 
  53.           EXAMPLE.ZIP into a subdirectory \BANK\ on your internal drive 
  54.           (or a RAM Drive).  if these are not included you can simply build 
  55.           your own once in the program.
  56.      4.   Install (PSION-I) and go for it !!
  57.  
  58. If you do get a problem, PLEASE read the full instructions.  I have yet to 
  59. be asked a question that wasn't already fully explained in the instructions !!
