Thyra Warburg is an artist born in 1915 in Randers, Denmark. She studied dance, and received the Liverpool Certificate in Ballroom, Tap, and Ballet, and also studied art at the Banff School of Fine Arts and Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design, and yoga at Monhedan Island. She has taught art and currently practices as a painter.
Scope and content
The collection consists of a colour photoprint, 10 x 15 cm, and 0.2 cm graphic material, as well as a video tape recording, entitled "Arial Hitch," by Thyra Warburg, 1997.
