Bryan Mulvihill, also known as tea trolley bus, is an artist whose practice encompasses ink-brush, shadowcaligraphitie, and art tea event installations. He was born in 1950 in Vancouver, British Columbia, and studied at the University of British Columbia, the University of London, the Nyamgyal Institute, India, Simon Fraser University, Rabindra Bharati University, Calcutta, and the Chitrabani Center for Media Studies, Calcutta. After joining the legendary 'Chicken Bank' and the Vancouver Correspongedance School in the Image Bank networks he established a floating tea house.
Scope and content
The collection consists of documents from the World Tea Party archives. a catalogue of the World Tea Party, one Xijing teapot and five cups, a silver teapot from the Terminal City Club service, a phew'er tea box, a Darjeeling tea box, a green tea box, a set of tea cups and tea tray, a guest book and photoprints.
