Avenue for/des Arts Society is a non-profit society of artists, run by artists, established March 1983 in Vancouver, British Columbia, to promote cultural development, community oriented arts, and projects with a visual arts emphasis.
Scope and content
The collection consists of five folders of assembled textual and graphic material, with the following folder titles: "Art exhibition catalogues," "AVA media clippings," "AVA Society information" regarding society goals and objectives, members, and undertakings, "AVA posters and invitation cards," and "ARS MUNDI."
