Bill Thomson is a visual artist born in 1947 in Vancouver, Canada. He received a Diploma in Forestry from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University, and pursued further Diploma studies at the Emily Carr Institute of Art and Design.
