The work consists of a drawing by Peter Raymond Haskell, with an invitation and blank paper for the public to write requests "on the subject of your choice" for the artist who intends to make drawings based on these requests during the exhibition.

The artist noted that he was "very critical of the 1993 Artropolis as it dealt with public issues and did not address the issue of homelessness or public housing, especially since the site of the 1993 show was in a site where they were thinking of having public housing."
