Todd Spicer is an artist born in 1963 in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan. He studied at Emily Carr College of Art, Vancouver, graduating with Honours in 1987, and was a graduate as well of Okanagan College, in 1985, in Fine Arts.
Scope and content
The work consists of a painted sculpture in metal and wood affixed to the interior of a document box, with the painted text "The princess ponders a strike."
