Jack Giguere is an artist whose practice includes painting, sculpture and psychology of visual perception and environment. He studied at California State University, receiving an Master of Arts degree in Painting in 1973, and at the Universidad de las Americas Cholula, Mexico, receiving an Master of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking in 1974.
Scope and content
The work consists of a mixed media model installed within a document box, with two affixed printed texts on paper, entitled "Is the Universe based on Parallel Energy?" 1996-1997.
Note
The artist states that the work has a duality intended as a "suggestive exercise to find which side is a reflection of the universe unlike the other side, a man-made environment."
