You have proven yourself by graduating the ITC Academy with a grade average high enough to put you into the top two percent of your class. With a specialization in Astrogation, you were afforded a scholarship to the ITC Command College where you excelled in all major subjects and graduated in the top ten percent. Now as a Captain in ITC you are charged with the responsibility of upholding all trade regulations and in aiding ITC against any act that would threaten trade routes. Until such time as you either become a free trader or you leave your position, by free will or death, you will uphold the tradition and dignity of your command.
