  18. Under certain circumstances, the Winlogon service terminates a spawned
  19. thread, but does not release the handle to the thread. After many instances
  20. of this behavior, this "leak" may cause the server to return System Error 8
  21. ("Not enough storage is available to process this command") when other
  22. computers attempt to access the server.

  27. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  28. Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
  29. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
  30. information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in
  31. the Microsoft Knowledge Base (without the spaces):
