  19. You may notice on your NCR multiprocessor (MP) computer that one
  20. processor seems to be stuck at 100% usage. This is an error in the
  21. manner in which the NCR hardware abstraction layer (HAL) reports CPU
  22. usage.

  27. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and
  28. Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in
  29. the latest U.S. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced
  30. Server version 3.1. For information on obtaining the Service Pack,
