  18. When you install Microsoft Access database 1.1 upgrade on a system
  19. running Windows NT version 3.1 that had previously been running
  20. Windows for Workgroups, you may receive the following error message:
  21.  
  22.    The version of Windows for Workgroups you are using must be upgraded
  23.    before Access can be installed.
  24.  
  25. CAUSE
  26. =====
  27.  
  28. Microsoft Access requires an updated WFWNET.DRV file when it runs with
  29. Windows for Workgroups. An updated driver is shipped with the product
  30. and is on the last disk.
  31.  
  32. RESOLUTION
  33. ==========
  34.  
  35. To resolve this problem, rename or remove the file WFWNET.DRV in the
  36. SYSTEM subdirectory. It is not required when Microsoft Access runs
  37. under Window NT. However, if you are dual-booting to Windows for
  38. Workgroups, you need to run the update from the last Microsoft Access
  39. disk.
