- SYMPTOMS

- The S3 driver reverses the scan rates when used with a Number Nine
- video adapter. For example, if you choose a refresh rate of 60 Mhz,
- the adapter will actually refresh at 72 Mhz.

- Note: If your Number Nine adapter has a BIOS revision of 1.09.03s,
- contact Number Nine to obtain the released version of this adapter.

- Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
- Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
- Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
- information on obtaining the Service Pack, query on the following word in
