  19. Internet fire wall gateways are configured to disallow remote TCP
  20. connection requests from systems using non-reserved ports. The Windows
  21. NT FTP service is bound to a wild card port when connecting to the
  22. client, which fails in these scenarios. On the client side, any
  23. commands like LS or GET appear to make your computer stop responding
  24. (hang) or eventually time-out.

  29. Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Windows NT and Windows NT
  30. Advanced Server version 3.1. This problem was corrected in the latest U.S.
  31. Service Pack for Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server version 3.1. For
