- SYMPTOMS

- When you are running Lotus Improv version 2.0 under Windows NT, you
- may not be able to change the paper size of the document to be
- printed.

- RESOLUTION
- ==========

- To work around this problem, do the following:
-
- 1. In Improv, open the item to be printed and select File Print.
-
- 2. In the Print dialog box, select Setup.
-
- 3. Select the paper size you want.
-
- 4. Choose OK.
-
- The print job should be the size you want.

- Steps to Reproduce Problem
- --------------------------

- 1. With a Windows NT printer driver and Lotus Improv installed, select
- the Print Setup menu in Improv.
-
- 2. Select a paper size other than the default size.
-
- 3. Choose OK.
-
- 4. If you use the Print Setup menu again, it will have reverted to
- the original paper size.
