- The File Locks information in the MacFile Properties dialog box
- (accessed through Control Panel) is sometimes different than the
- information in the "Files Opened by Macintosh Users on Servername"
- dialog box (accessed by clicking the Files button). Usually, the
- number of locked files in the MacFile list is higher.

- CAUSE
- =====

- This behavior can be caused by a Macintosh placing a lock on a file, a
- PC deletes the file, and the Macintosh continues to try to unlock the
- file.
